Mango Orange Salsa
Cut the oranges in half and scoop out the flesh to create sweet little bowls
This looks beautiful on a Mexican food buffet or on the dinner table the next time you serve grilled fish tacos.
This recipe makes about 2 cups.
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup orange segments
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno chile
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients
Chill at least 2 hours before serving in orange bowls
