TIPS FOR SERVING WINE
 

If you’re serving wine, make sure you have enough. There are about five servings in each wine bottle. For a three-hour party,with seven
 wine-drinking guests, you probably need 21 servings of wine(3 glasses for each person),
 so pick up five bottles.

Having the right mix of wine is also important. Think 60% white wine and 40% red wine. If a guest should happen to spill wine, don’t panic. Blot immediately with a clean towel and treat with sparkling water.

Don’t use tap, it contains chlorine which will cause spots. Don’t forget the non-drinkers and designated drivers.

Make sure you have plenty of soft drinks, water and other non-alcoholic beverages on hand.
